About the Performance
Swing into an unforgettable evening celebrating America’s original art form as the Fort Myers Philharmonic presents All That Jazz. This lively program pays tribute to the legendary performers whose music shaped jazz history and who brought unforgettable performances to Southwest Florida as part of the historic Chitlin’ Circuit, including Duke Ellington, Louis Armstrong, Ella Fitzgerald, Count Basie, and more. From toe-tapping swing and vibrant big-band energy to soulful ballads and timeless standards, the concert captures the rhythm, brilliance, personality, and cultural legacy of jazz at its very best. All That Jazz offers longtime fans and curious newcomers an exciting orchestral celebration of the artists, sounds, and stories that helped define American music.
6:00 p.m. — Doors open; 6:30 p.m. — Pre-concert presentation; 7:30 p.m. — Concert begins for all listed performances.
